At Summit Q, our mission goes beyond BBQ. Every bottle fuels family restoration through Ozarks Summit. We believe God has called us into a united move of compassion — using BBQ to bring people together, strengthen families, and point hearts back to Him. Our ambassadors help carry that mission forward with both flavor and love. 

What We’re Looking For

- Kingdom-minded men and women who desire to make an eternal impact

- People who love BBQ and see it as a way to bring others together

- Passionate about family, community, and faith as foundations of strong homes

- Storytellers and bridge-builders who share Summit Q in their circles, churches, and communities.

Ambassador Roles & Monthly Commitments

- Share Summit Q with their network, church, community, and social media

- Use their unique discount code consistently

- Encourage new customers to try Summit Q

Storytelling & Content

- Share at least 2 social posts or stories per month featuring Summit Q (recipes, grilling, promotion through other channels, etc.)

- Highlight family, community, and Kingdom impact

Reporting 

- Submit monthly updates and provide any helpful feedback of the program via email.

Accountability

- Minimum 2 social media post or promotional outreach (ex: podcast) per month

- Ambassadors commit to aiming for an average of 5 bottles sold per month through their circles, churches, and communities. We recognize every month looks different — if you fall short but are actively sharing Summit Q and representing the mission, you’re still fulfilling your role.

- The real measure of success is helping families gather together, build community, and point people toward Christ through hospitality.

- If there are consistent months of missing the 5-per-month mark, we’ll prayerfully revisit your ambassador role together to ensure it’s still the right fit. Inactive ambassadors may be removed from the program if commitments are consistently unmet.

How It Works

- You receive your own personal discount code (10% off for your friends & followers)

- You earn a commission on every sale made through your code 

- We handle all the shipping, fulfillment, and customer service

Commission Tiers

Summit Q Ambassador & Kingdom Agreement

Purpose: Ambassadors represent Summit Q with integrity, share the story of Summit Q and Ozarks Summit, and earn commission on sales.

Terms & Expectations:

- Represent Summit Q in a Kingdom-minded, family-friendly, and professional way

- Use only approved branding and materials

- Avoid offensive or inappropriate content

- Follow applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Compensation:

- Commission based on sales via personal discount code

- Ambassadors are independent contractors responsible for taxes (1099 issued if $600+ per year)

Discount Code:

- Personal 10% off code for customers

- Code may not be shared on coupon sites or spammed

Termination:

- Summit Q may terminate if Ambassador acts contrary to mission, misrepresents brand, or violates Kingdom Agreement

- Ambassador may terminate at any time

Confidentiality:

- Wholesale pricing, financials, and company strategies must remain confidential

Kingdom Commitments:

- Represent Christ in words, actions, and promotions

- Honor families and promote unity

- Avoid division or negativity

- Pray for the mission of Ozarks Summit
