Perishable Food Policy

Because our BBQ sauce is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@summitsauce.com.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the damage or incorrect item along with your email. Once verified, we will gladly replace your item or issue a refund.
