Shipping policy

At Summit Q, we want to get our BBQ sauce to your table as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines.


Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

Delivery Times

- Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier.

- Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.


Shipping Areas

- We currently ship within the United States only.


Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@summitsauce.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

- For lost packages, please reach out to the carrier and have your tracking information ready to resolve the issue.
