At Summit Q, we believe in bringing families together, building stronger communities, and being part of a purpose bigger than ourselves.

That’s why we’ve created a fundraiser program designed to support schools, youth teams, churches, and mission groups.

We would be honored to partner with your organization to help you reach your goals — one bottle of BBQ sauce at a time.

How It Works

1️⃣ Understand Our Flavor Options

  • Summit Q Sweet
  • Summit Q Heat

2️⃣ Set Your Goals

  • Suggested selling price: $10 per bottle
  • Your program keeps $2.50 per bottle sold
  • All orders are on a pre-sale basis - we collect no money up front, and will invoice at the end of the fundraiser.
  • Select the duration of your fundraiser - we recommend 2 weeks, and no longer than a 4 week period.

3️⃣ What We Provide

 

  • We will create a promotional flyer for you. All we need is your logo and a short description of what you’re raising funds for. You will get a proof of flyer for review prior to launch.
  • We will create order forms for your students/members/athletes to fulfill in-person orders and receive cash/check payments.
  • We will deliver the sauce to you after the fundraiser has concluded.

**FREE delivery anywhere within Howell County, MO. Details for delivery outside of Howell County, MO will be discussed and decided prior to launch of the fundraiser.

4️⃣ Your Responsibility

 

  • Collect orders and keep track of payments.
  • Deliver sauce to customers once the fundraiser has concluded.

Incentive Program

INDIVIDUAL TOP SELLER

  • Minimum Requirement: Individual must sell a minimum of 30 bottles
  • Prize: $25 Gift Card

TEAM CHALLENGE

  • Minimum Requirement: Team must sell a minimum of 200 bottles
  • Prize: We will pay for a Pizza Party for your team.

*Note: Teams must choose to opt in or out of the incentive program prior to the launch of the fundraiser.
